Your life may be great, except that one thing you just can’t master no matter what you do.

You may have read self-help books, watched personal growth videos and listened to many influencers and motivators.

All of that is essential to your growth, but the real breakthrough happens when you start working with your own coach. For any change to be lasting, it has to be consistent, and a coach provides that crucial element of accountability to keep you on track.

Remember; the most successful people in the world have coaches because they know that even at their best, they can reach new levels with the right guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?

A life coach is not a therapist. Life coaches focus primarily on the future and how to help you attain your goals, while therapists focus primarily on the past and how to work through deep rooted psychological problems or mental illnesses such as grief and trauma.

Coaching is a curiosity-based asking method where you solve your own problems. The coach is NOT the expert, but rather a change agent in the relationship that helps you get what you really want.

While the two professions overlap, you may want to work with both a counselor and a life coach simultaneously.

How can coaching help me achieve my goals?

Coaching can help you identify blind spots, clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and come up with your own solutions.

When people come up with their own solutions, there is a higher degree of commitment and follow through, and the solutions actually work better than those proposed by others.

How fast will I see results?

The results you get from coaching depend on your goals and commitment.

Coaching is designed to fit into your life, not overwhelm it. Your coach will work with you to create an actionable plan that complements your priorities and will also help you stay on track.

Do insurance companies provide coverage for coaching?

Since coaching is not considered “treatment” for anything and is not a “medically necessary treatment,” your health insurance will not pay for coaching.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Having a solid life coaching contract allows all parties involved to get on the same page right from the start.

Signing a contract establishes clear expectations, defines the scope of the coaching relationship, and protects both parties by outlining responsibilities, payment terms, and confidentiality, fostering a more structured and professional environment.
